Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rolled oats
1 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. frozen corn
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
