Mom'S Chip Beef Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small jar beef
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    flour
    milk
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine and tear beef into bite-size pieces in skillet.
    Sprinkle just enough flour to soak up butter or margarine.
    Stir.
    Pour in milk (about half of skillet).
    Cook until bubbles and thickens.
    Keep on low.
