Boneless Pork Spareribs With Shanghai Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. boneless pork spareribs
    1 c. honey
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. minced garlic
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 can pineapple chunks
    juice from pineapple
    2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    In bowl, mix together all ingredients, except ribs.
    Place ribs in large pan and pour mixture over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate 12 to 24 hours, turning several times.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, then uncover and continue to cook, while basting, until ribs are tender (1 hour more).
