Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon (don't drain)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. bread crumbs or 1 c. cold mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    additional crumbs
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except additional crumbs and butter, mixing with a fork until blended.
    Shape into 9 patties, using 1/4 cup for each.
    (Lay on waxed paper.)
    Flatten slightly.
    Dip into additional crumbs.
    Melt butter in frypan and add patties.
    Brown 5 minutes on each side, adding more butter if necessary.
