Curried Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked long grain rice, no salt or fat added
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted
    1/4 c. commercial, oil free Italian dressing
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Combine dressing, vinegar and curry powder; add to rice mixture and toss well.
    Cover and chill.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Contains 95 calories per 1/2 cup.
