Butterscotch Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Foil line an 8-inch pan.
    Spread 1/2 cup walnuts evenly; set aside.
    In heavy pan, combine marshmallow, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
    Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add butterscotch morsels; stir until morsels melt. Stir in orange and orange rind.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
    Chill until firm (about 2 hours).
