Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Melt oleo over low heat; stir in sugar, flour, egg yolks and milk. Blend well. Cook slowly until thick. Immediately stir in coconut and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue made from the egg whites. Sprinkle with coconut and brown in oven.
