Mexican Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped chillies, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
dash of Tabasco
dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and place in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
