Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. parsley leaves
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    6 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion until meat is lightly browned; drain off fat.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
