Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut in pieces
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 cube butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    poppy seed (optional)
Preparation
    Put chicken in a 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Crush crackers; mix with butter and sprinkle over top.
    Sprinkle with poppy seed. Serve over rice.
