Chicken Taco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiled chicken, deboned
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. tomato juice
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 pt. half and half cream
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation

Saute onion and chilies in butter and flour.
Add tomato juice and cheese chunks, then add half and half cream.
When cheese is melted, add chicken.
Pour over chips.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
