Chocolate Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with 1/8 teaspoon salt until foamy; add cream of tartar.
    Continue beating, adding 1 cup sugar gradually until very stiff.
    Spread a 1-inch layer in bottom of a greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Pile remaining egg whites evenly around the sides of pan.
    Bake very slowly (250\u00b0) for 1 hour.
    Cool.
