Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fresh black-eyed peas
    3 (14.5 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 tsp. creole seasoning
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until peas are tender, stirring occasionally.
