Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. coconut pudding (instant)
    1 tsp. orange rind
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    4 eggs
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients.
    Beat 4 minutes.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out on wire rack.
