Myra'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat, flaked
    2 slices toasted bread
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    garlic to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic in butter. Mix with other ingredients. Shape into patties. Crush crackers and dip patties
    in crumbs. May fry in hot oil or bake in 400\u00b0 oven.
