Snowy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cook as for mashed potatoes.
    Mash and add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Beat with mixer on high until creamy.
    Stir in chives; spoon into a lightly greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly.
