Autumn Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine cabbage and carrots in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
