2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of cayenne
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
