Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. solid shortening
    1 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add mashed potatoes.
    Add enough milk to make firm dough, but not too stiff. Roll out on floured cutting board, then cut with biscuit cutter. Place in greased biscuit pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until browned.
