Cream Of Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Preparation
    Cook celery, onions and broccoli in 2 1/2 quart covered pan until tender.
    Blend cottage cheese in blender until very smooth. Slowly
    add milk and blend.
    Add soup and blend, then add
    to cooked undrained vegetables.
    Heat about 3 minutes, do not boil. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
