Reduced Fat Poke Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. light white cake mix, bake as directed
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. jello (any flavor), can use sugar-free
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    8 oz. container light Cool Whip
Preparation
    Poke holes with fork in cake in 1/2-inch intervals (cooled cake).
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and stir.
    Pour gelatin over cake.
    Chill cake in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
    Frost cake with Cool Whip.
    Can mix fresh strawberries or bananas in with Cool Whip.
    Use 13 x 9-inch pan. Makes 18 servings.
