Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. tomato juice or vegetable juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. cleaned raw shrimp
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat.
    Add celery, green pepper and onion; saute until tender.
    Add tomato juice, salt, basil and Tabasco; bring to a boil.
    Add shrimp.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
