Overnight Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. green grapes
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 medium firm bananas, sliced
    2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a double boiler over medium heat, cook and stir eggs, sugar and vinegar until mixture is thickened and reaches 160\u00b0. Remove from heat. Stir in butter. Cool.
