60 to 70 crushed Ritz crackers (2 tubes)
1/2 c. melted margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. Cool Whip
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 small pkg. pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix crackers, margarine and butter together and press 1/2 mixture into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese (room temperature) and 2/3 cup powdered sugar until soft and creamy (easy to spread).
Fold in 1/2 of the 9 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over crust.
