Bebop Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. corn bread mix
2 sticks oleo
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
4 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped

Preparation

Melt oleo in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Pour 3/4 of melted oleo into bowl of ingredients, leaving some oleo in pan.
Mix well.
Pour into the 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until brown.
