Zucchini Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add zucchini and carrots. In separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients and add gradually to zucchini-carrot mixture.
    Stir in orange juice, rind and nuts. Bake in greased loaf or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Check for doneness.
    Cool and remove.
