Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. Karo syrup (blue label)
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, adding nut meats last.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking until a silver knife inserted in the center of filling comes out clean.
