Corn And Sausage Skillet Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 (17 oz.) cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. diced onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 (17 oz.) pkg. yellow cornbread mix
Preparation

Cook sausage in 10-inch skillet until well done.
Add remaining ingredients except cornbread mix.
Prepare cornbread mix as directed on package and spread evenly over top of sausage mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
