Chicken-In-A-Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out insides of potatoes and reserve, leaving a thin shell.
    Mash potatoes with butter.
    Add 1/2 cup cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into potato shells.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Arrange potatoes in shallow 3-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
