Chuck Wagon Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 oz. pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    6 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Stir in buttermilk, sugar, salt, baking soda, oil and baking powder.
    Add enough flour to make medium dough (slightly sticky).
    Place dough in greased bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use, up to 7 days. Punch down daily.
    When ready to bake, shape desired amount of dough into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Arrange 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 22 to 25 minutes, or until brown.
