Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 pkg. cherry jello or 1 large
2 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 lb. fresh cranberries
2 oranges
grated orange peel
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water.
Add juices and salt.
Chill.
Stir sugar into ground cranberries and oranges.
Let stand 15 minutes. Add everything to slightly thickened jello.
