Ranch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium bell peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 cans Shoe Peg or whole kernel corn
    2 cans red beans
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients, add browned meat that has been drained.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer over low heat for 1 1/2 hours.
