15 Bean Stew Mom'S Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 bean dry bean mix, unsoaked
    4 to 6 c. chicken broth
    1 small onion
    bay leaf (optional)
    6 chicken flavor bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. Oriental seasoning
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large deep pot, put chicken broth, onion and bouillon cubes; basil, oregano and sage should be put in at this time unless you are using bay leaf, then omit basil, oregano and sage.
    Boil for 1 hour.
    Add Oriental seasoning and beans (unsoaked).
    Cook on medium heat 1 1/2 hours, then turn off heat and let cook until your supper (about 2 hours) in its own heat, covered.
