Chicken Rodeo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 young chickens
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 dash pepper
    3/4 c. water
    3/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine
    flour,
    cooking oil, paprika, salt and pepper; dip chicken in it.
    Arrange in a shallow pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients;
    pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Delicious served with rice!
