6 heaping Tbsp. cornmeal
4 tsp. flour
1 large egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oil
Preparation

Mix together well.
Pour into greased 5-inch cast-iron skillet.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 450\u00b0 or until golden brown.
