Mana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. blanched and roasted hazelnuts
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    1 whole egg
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Grind the nuts and place in a bowl.
    Mix in the grated lemon rind and sugar.
    Fold in the 2 egg yolks (save whites in a bowl) and the whole egg; knead until all ingredients are well incorporated.
