Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (8.5 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Mix all ingredients except cheese in a large bowl. Pour half of the batter in the pan (warm pan).
    Sprinkle half the cheese over the batter, spread remaining batter over the mixture and top with the rest of the cheese.
    Bake for about 35 minutes.
