Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
2 c. raisins
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. butter
unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Add raisins to boiling water and simmer 5 minutes.
Add together to the raisins and water the sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Cook slow boil 1 minute at a rolling boil. Add lemon juice and orange juice.
Dot with butter.
Put in unbaked pie crust.
Top with crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
