Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg yeast
    1 c shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c flour
    1 c cold water
    1/2 c sugar
    1 c boiling water
    1 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
    Pour cold water over yeast and let stand.
    Using an electric mixer, combine sugar and shortening.
    Add eggs.
    Continue beating and add boiling water.
    Let stand until cool.
    Add yeast mixture, flour and salt, mixing well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    When ready to use, punch down dough and knead lightly.
    Shape into balls and place in greased muffin pans.
    Brush lightly with melted butter. Let rise until double in size.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes.
    Yield:
    3 dozen.
    These rolls can be left in refrigerator and used as needed.
