Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. pork sausage
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. dried mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. condensed mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Place croutons in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been greased.
    Place cheese on top of croutons.
    Fry sausage and drain. Place on top of cheese.
    Beat eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk together.
    Pour over meat mixture.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight. In morning, pour 1/2 cup milk mixed with soup on top.
    Bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
