Peach Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1 cup biscuit mix
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine, softened
Preparation

Arrange peach slices in an 8 inch square dish or pan.
Set aside.
Combine next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix well. Cut in margarine with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20
minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with ice cream if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
