Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. mild sausage, browned
salt and pepper to taste
1 pie shell
Preparation

Layer grated cheeses into pie shell.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Top with browned sausage.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5 people.
