Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
1 medium onion, cut into chunks
4 carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 large potatoes, cut into cubes
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 can water
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
