Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 bunch chopped shallots
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin dissolved in 3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 lb. boiled shrimp
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Saute celery and shallots in butter.
    Add soup which has been heated with Philadelphia cream cheese and rest of ingredients. Pour into mold.
    Refrigerate overnight.
