Bass Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bass fillets
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Chop garlic and parsley.
    Poach fish in boiling water for 7 minutes.
    Remove and mash fish.
    Beat egg yolks; add flour.
    Stir in seasonings, garlic, parsley and fish. Beat egg whites until frothy; fold into fish mixture.
    Drop spoonfuls into hot oil (should be at 360\u00b0 and 2 1/2-inches deep). Fry until golden.
