No-Fat Creamy French Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. no salt ketchup
    2 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. prepared mustard (spicy or Dijon)
    2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped and blanched
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
    Process using a pulsing motion in order to blend all ingredients, yet retain some tomato texture.
    Chill 15 minutes before serving. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
