Cocoa Fudge Cake(Club Member: Ashley Wilson) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Grease and flour baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
Measure all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat 3 minutes on high.
Pour into pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean.
Frost and serve.
