Super Stuffed Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and liquid
flavored bread crumbs
minced parsley
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. melted butter
1 slice uncooked bacon
clam shells
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except the bacon.
Use enough bread crumbs to absorb the liquid.
Fill individual shells.
Chop the bacon and put a few bits on each stuffed clam shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and then broil until the bacon crisps.
Makes approximately 12 shells.
