Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. butter
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 doz. cooked shrimp
Preparation

Pound chicken breasts flat.
Make Sauce:
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Stir in flour and bouillon.
Add milk, water and wine. Cook until thick.
Set aside.
