Honey Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. honey
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. cream (optional)
cinnamon to taste (optional)
4 drops vanilla (optional)
Preparation

Allow butter to stand at room temperature until soft, then thoroughly mix with the honey (either by using a blender or mixer).
Cover with tight lid and allow to solidify in the refrigerator.
After that, the honey butter need not be refrigerated.
