Walnut Squash Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. orange juice
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. winter squash
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; set aside.
    In a large bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat sugar and butter until smooth.
    Beat in the oil, juice, eggs and vanilla.
    Reduce mixer to low.
    Beat flour mixture until smooth.
    Stir in squash until well mixed.
    Divide batter in 2 (9-inch) pans.
    Bake for 30 minute at 350\u00b0.
    Cool 5 minutes before removing them from pans.
